Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
It happens when the plural adjective is placed before a plural noun after a plural indefinite article.
But that isn't the case when something is specified (de+les => des). But this can only happen when a structure uses the preposition de.
When the French article des directly precedes an adjective, it is supposed to reduce to de. - Lawless French
Of course, people ignore the rule and use the regular plural indefinite article there.
