nope, "bébé" is a masculine noun, doesn't matter boy or girl.
Just like you can describe people by saying "une personne" which would agree in the feminine regardless of context

There are a decent handful of nouns that can describe people (animals as well, including the name of the animal) that don't necessarily line up with the social gender of the person or sex of the animal. Adjectives agree with the noun/pronoun they describe.
