Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
What's the implication?
i think it's hold as in a hug
are they already in paradise or is it the holding that's causing the paradise
i might say serre-moi instead of tiens-moi
i am asking for a friend and here is what she said:
it is a mantra, an ideal. the idea or sentiment of being held in paradise (paradise being a stand in for heaven) so it has a utopian sentiment to it. the aspiration of being held in some loving way in some kind of padadise. “Hold me in paradise.” some romantic hope you spew to someone you love.
serre-moi dans le paradis would be my try
dans le instead of au?
serre-moi au paradis kinda sounds like hold me to paradise like maybe the hug is sending you to paradise but idk for sure
