2 -> weird to translate because tu/vous is specifically linked to francophone culture, and is split from others, so this is mostly speculation. Still, it would be "tu" because you don't want to show respect (tu back to vous almost never happens). Note that if you're watching Japanese anime in French, they might use this tu/vous distinction as parallel for first name/last name basis in translation, but this is not realistic. Every student in a school is on a "tu" basis
