Ok, I messed up. I meant to ask about "Nous ne voulons prendre aucun risque" actually and pasted in the wrong phrase, but I'm still confused about the order when negating with pas: "Nous ne voulons prendre pas de risque"

Aucun is an indefinite determiner placed before the noun since it's a question of counting like with un, deux, quelques, etc. So you'll see it after the whole verbal group instead of just the conjugated part.

J'ai un œuf
J'ai plusieurs œufs
Je n'ai aucun œuf
Aucun = pas un

You don't use it the same way as pas, jamais, etc.

You can also see it before the subject noun:

Aucun boulanger n'a fait son travail aujourd'hui.
