the best way to remember things like conjugation and grammar in the long term is to review them at regular intervals.
This is either done through lesson reviews, exercises, or simply language practice. The key thing is consistency. Sleep is helping you carve things you've seen during the day into your long term memory, and if you use something often, you'll remember it for years.

Also, you currently have the Advanced speaker role, which I believe is a mistake. You can change your role in id:customize
