Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

It's used for reflexive verbs (ex: se souvenir), or for any verb where the object is the same as the subject (and the subject is "nous" or "we"). The first "nous" is the subject and the second is the reflexive object.
