Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
I'm not sure of the exact rule but for me subjonctive wouldn't work well since we're referring to a future event and subjonctif doesn't have a future form, so unless you're using an expression that's really strict about subjunctive use or there's no concern about ambiguity on it being future or not, indicative tends to take over
I know there are some cases where subjunctive is "required" but informally is dropped in favour of the future, not sure if that's considered the case here
Oh yeah you are right, i was confused and didnt notice that is actually a future tense
