« à environ de » doesn't exist, at least with the same meaning of « à propos de ».
« à propos de » – the whole thing – means 'about' as in 'on this subject, concerning this subject, regarding this subject'. Ex: « À propos de votre tâche, je compatis à tes sentiments. (Concerning your task, I empathise with your feelings.) »

« environ » – and just « environ » – means 'about' as in 'around, approximately'. Ex: « Il y a environ dix tasses dans cette cuisine. (There are approximately ten cups in this kitchen.) »
« À environ de » exists but it's not a set expression. Rather, it's a mix of distance. We use this the structure of « à [distance] de [object] » to talk about how far something away is in relation to something. Ex: « Nous sommes à dix kilomètres de notre destination. (We are ten kilometres [away] from our destination.) »
If we're approximating, we can add « environ » : « Nous sommes à environ dix kilomètres de notre destination. (We are about ten kilometres from our destination.) »
