Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

Weird how they mixed "vous" and "tu" in the prompt. Anyway, here are some comments:

• "Pendant que j'étais jeune" ==> "Quand j'étais jeune" sounds better. "Pendant" makes it seem like being young is something that happened at a specific time.
• "Je me sens comme si je suis censé être médecin" ==> Something like "J’ai l’impression d’être obligé de devenir médecin." would sound more natural. We don't really say "je me sens comme" in French. We usually follow "Je me sens" with an adverb/adjective ("Je me sens mal" / "je me sens belle" for example).
