I'd probably say it's a bit less common when compared to the statement usage, but otherwise sounds fine to me. depending on the specific verb and context the meaning may vary a bit

It's sort of like how in English it's a bit odd to ask "do you quite like Paris", though it's not quite as off-sounding to me
