For « devoir », it’s other meaning is ‘to owe’ like « Je te dois de l’argent (I owe you some money) », so that’s something to keep in mind

you might hear some intransitives verbs be used in a seemingly grammatically incorrect way in an informal context like in your example you can respond to an offer with "je veux bien", but since vouloir is a transitive verb, it normally needs an object (bien isn't one), however this is an exception because it is an idiomatic phrase
