Pro tip: you can rename the thread title with `.tr <thread name>`
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
sans doute → c'est probable
sans aucun doute → c'est certain
(mais dans des vieux textes "sans doute" voulait dire "sans aucun doute"... mais l'étranger est assez récent donc ça veut sans doute dire "sans doute")
