You can drop a schwa

So either je'm suis or sh'me suis

i feel like "je'm suis" is more common but could be wrong

I think "j'me suis" is the pronunciation I usually go for, but both (j'me suis / je m'suis) are completely fine and natural

and just a note that you can't drop both schwas and say "j'm'suis"

one has to stay.
