Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
"s'agir" is an impersonal verb. It's quite a peculiar verb, as it can only be conjugated using "il".
il s'agit
tu t'agis
In that case, "il" is impersonal. It doesn't mean "he", or anyone for that matter. It's just here because you need a subject for your verb.
The construction is "il s'agit de + [noun/infinitive]" and means "it is X" or "it's about X"
examples:
il s'agit de savoir où on va (it's about knowing where we're going)
il s'agit d'un géant dragon (it's a giant dragon)
