Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
Verlan as a linguistic process (flipping words around) is not a useful thing to learn.
However, certain slang words like "meuf", "renoi" or "rebeu" are very common and happen to originate from verlan. But they have become standalone words, people don't consciously flip the word "femme" around when they say "meuf".
Such words are indeed useful to learn, since they are so common.
basically you'll come across verlan words, but you don't need to know they're from verlan, you just need to know what they mean.
verlan isn't really used to make new words nowadays.
