Because in French the default one gender in grammar is male, if you want « belle »
Je suis fan, elle est très belle.

ok, so its due to the expression "je trouve ca" that you dont change the gender of the adjective?

ça, cela, ceci, ce -> all technically neuter pronouns, but since adjectives agree either as masculine or feminine, they default to masculine
