Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
well « je serais » is the conditional present (I would be)
« je ser__ai__ (no s) » is the simple future (I will be)
The difference between the simple future and the near-future (futur proche, je vais être) is that the latter is seen as more definitive and/or sooner than the former
Basically if something is happening later today, tomorrow, or this week, I expect near-future but if something is happening later this year, next year, or whatever, I expect simple future but the difference is slight
The subtitles use je serais... is je serais pronounced the same as je serai
