Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
Do you mean toi ça va bien? Tu vas bien is a question asking "are you well" in the literal sense, most of the time js like "how are you"
Ça va bien is an answer to the question of tu vas bien? It means "I am well"
"comment ça va" is literally "how's it going" - "ça va" is the shortened version of this
"Comment vas-tu/comment tu vas" is "how are you doing"
You can also respond "ça va" to "ça va?" in the same way we say "it's going" in English
A lot of it works pretty well with word-for-word translation for once, lol
