CC is pretty rare for French dubs. I'd say it's a lost cause

Disney+ does have some for Canadian French though

The thing is, French Dubbing means another language was made first (mostly english); thus the french subtitles (since quicker made than the dub) were translated from english to french

CC can be found on french original material but it is not 100%
