(1) « quitter » needs an object, the place from which you are leaving
(2) « bonjour » doesn't need an article since it's not a noun here but a greeting

I mean, if it's an informal email, just go with a simple, « Ton ami, [your name] »

if i understand well , when you said "je quitte maintenant" you want to say " i leave now" it wasn't the good verb in your context
the verb "quitter" is to leave a place / a job or a relationship
You can use a synonym : "partir" (je [partir] maitenant) "pronom + laisser" (je te/vous (you) [laisser] mainteant) "devoir y aller" (je [devoir] y aller maintenant)

"Dis le bonjour de ma part à tes parents" "le" is an extra word you need to delete it

you can ending with
"à très vite, ton ami [nom]" - see you soon, your friend [name] like @split meadow ending

if you're trying to use the imperitif with the whole dis thing, you'd need a "-" between it (dis-le), but that still wouldn't make sense in context as others have said (and i'm not sure what le could represent in that sentence anyway)

@grim vale "dis le bonjour" be never used in french we use "dis bonjour" or "passe le bonjour" but never a mix of both
