Hm, I don't know why Duo used the verb aller if the verb isn't in the original sentence. I guess Duo is being stupid.
It should rather be "Ils nagent tous les jours."
Besides, in a clause, if you have two or more verbs, only the first one is conjugated, the rest being in the infinitive form.

I can see "aller nager" as "go swim", they probably assume it's not a 1:1 translation
