really have no idea what the difference is between t’es and es in the first image for example and why i would use either one
you're dealing with a number of different concepts here
tu es -> you are
buuuut, this is the verb être, which is French also gets used as an auxiliary sometimes to form the passé composé
but you're also dealing with reflexive verbs, which always use être as an auxiliary
