just focus on present and nothing but the present because everything you'll learn in the present will be present in some manner with the other tenses

All of the verb patterns? You’ll probably get -er’s present tense in, idk, two to three weeks if you do an hour of exercises a day, and I mean useful exercises
For -ir, probably a tad bit longer depending on whether or not you take -oir as a subgroup of -ir or not. I’ll say double -er so a month, one and a half months if you don’t count -oir.
