You can start to say :
J'apprécis particulièrement ( the object x ), en effet (the object x) est un objet qui sert à... , il est très utile. C'est une raison pourquoi je l'aime tant. Également, je l'apprécis car...
Cela me tenait à coeur de vous le présenter et j'espère qu'il vous plaît a vous aussi.

You could also say "j'aime la/le (item) parce que c'est (adjective)"

Example: j'aime la chemise parce que c'est bleu. // I like the shirt because it's blue

At least, thats what my french prof put on the board as our sentence starters. The only 'complicated' concept is grammatical gender, and your only real limitation is knowing the nouns and adjectives necessary for whatever you wanna say

You could also cut out part of it entirely and be like "j'aime la chemise. C'est bleu." // I like the shirt. It's blue.

Throw an "et" // and in there and you can throw in more adjectives.

"J'aime la chemise. C'est bleu et jolie." // I like the shirt. It's blue and pretty.
