As you can see there is a word order of "pas vraiment" but isn't it suppose to be "vraiment pas" in this case?

but it explains to me as it has the same meaning

Pas and vraiment are both adverbs but their order indicates which one modifies which one and the meaning differs a lot between them.
When it's vraiment pas, it is vraiment that modifies pas, it indicates that the negation is being strengthened, you insist on the actuality of not being/doing something.
When it's pas vraiment, it is pas that modifies vraiment, it means the actuality isn't where you think it is, basically it isn't exactly what it is.
The first is translated to "really not" and the second to "not really".
