Pro tip: you can rename the thread title with `.tr <thread name>`
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
I don't think that works - it's typically used when scolding someone, so it sounds aggressive.
If you're trying to ask wether or not the person you speak to can hear you/is paying attention to what you say, then "tu m'entends ? / t'endends ?" works. So only if you mean it literally.
I can see a parent saying "Arrête de faire l'idiot, tu m'entends ?" to their child, for example.
Or yes, like Ravasque said, you can use it literally.
