to say cheap you can literally say like

pas trop cher

in Québec you might hear anglicismes like

ah bon ben c'est cheap ça

but yeah, cher vs pas cher

cheap: "c'est pas cher", "c'est peu cher", "c'est abordable"

You can also say "bon marché" for cheap

If you say "c'est cheap" it means it's of cheap/poor quality

Which isn't specifically a quebecois thing

Bon marché is something I've heard more as an attempt to translate "cheap" than actually used, personally
