If you wanted to use "qui", you could write: "les femmes qui ont été prises par les mauvais garçons."

2. I think the word you're looking for is tenir

tenir tête (à quelqu'un) means to oppose someone

I'm guessing the previous sentence is une femme qui saurait lui dire non (a woman who could say no to him).
