Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
La cargaison (cargo) is for a large quantity of goods being delivered, while 'le chargement' (loading) is for a smaller amount. Compare the cargo on a container ship to the loading of a car, for example.
While both are nouns, 'chargement' also refers to the action itself of loading something. Can also refer to loading (charging) a battery.
