It's a bit strange to say that she's looking at "the phone", as if only one phone existed in the world. It would be more natural to say that she's lookin at her phone.

les jeunes ont les lunettes de soleil.
Same thing here: Do they have the sunglasses, or just sunglasses?

en haut les jeunes
"en haut" means "upstairs" or "at the top", so this says "upstairs the youths" or "at the top the youth", neither or which work grammatically.

A different preposition is typically used when talking about something that appears on a picture

je vois les couleurs sont naturelles.
You're missing a mandatory relative pronoun here

Il y a bleu, gris, et rouge
You're missing partitive articles in front of the color names (becaue you're technically saying that there's an undefined quantity of each color)

Je vois l’impression d’etre social et etre heureux.
This sounds a bit strange. It means that you see the feeling of being social.

L’image est-elle liee l’organisation sociale
I don't understand this. Also, this isn't a case whre subject-verb inversion is possible.

"c'est <subjective adjective> que" requires the subjunctive

Three issues here:

• you're missing a preposition and article before "extérieur"
• "des" here would mean "of the". You're looking for "of"
• "ses maisons" means "his houses" or "her houses". It refers to multiple houses owned by one person. You meant to say their houses
