Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

it would be "J'habite a la Rue Dumas" (rue is feminine) or "J'habite au Passage de la Gare"
But french people stoped to add "a la" and "au" because it's implicite
So we juste say "J'habite Rue Dumas"

when the verb habiter (to live) is followed by a street name, the preposition is often omitted, especially in more formal or traditional French.
