Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
Ce/cet/cette (also ces for plural) goes with a noun
This car = cette voiture
Cela (also ceci) replace a noun or a group of word
This could be a good idea = cela pourrait être une bonne idée
"ce" the subject pronoun is also very different from "ce/cet/cette/ces" the adjective
"ce/ça/cela/ceci" can all be subject pronouns, which generally mean "this/that/it" as a subject (french doesn't really differentiate between this/that/it most of the time)
