Please be patient

Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.

Pro tip: you can rename the thread title with `.tr <thread name>`

Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

marcher also means to walk

#

as to why you're answer is wrong, duolingo bad

Ohhhh ok, so "Tu veux marcher avec moi?" is also correct?

#

honestly your answer sounds more natural to me, but i'm not a native speaker

#

with people marcher means to walk with things marcher means to function

granite lance
#

Ah that makes a lot of sense

"ma voiture ne marche plus" = "My car doesn't work anymore"

#

"ma grand-mère ne marche plus" = "My grandmother doesn't walk anymore"

I was confused as to why "My phone doesn't work" in French was "My phone doesn't walk" lol but this clears that up too
