The french phrase "Tu es numero 1" would not really carry the same impact/effect as saying "You are number 1" in English, unless you're literally speaking of first place, on like a podium, or a medal or something, in which case, it makes sense.

You can instead use
Tu es le meilleur to use superlatif degree to say "You are the best" instead.
(Tu es la meilleure for feminine gender)
