Are all words ending with "e" silent if theres no accent or no "er"?

That's a… really complex question, actually lol
most word-final e's are silent in most dialects
but sometimes they get pronounced in poetry
and in some southern French accents
It could be either, but most people would pronounce it /pas/

Is it good to watch eng vids with french subtitles or is that useless?
I like to think it helps but it kinda feels odd
Pretty useless imo
French w/ English subtitles is okay
French w/ French subtitles is better
French put at half speed with no subtitles even better
And French at full speed (when you're good enough for it) is even better than that
