Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
I think i would go for non. They’re both open plan concept, nothing divide the space, except your own perception. I think by séparé, the plan should require residents to walk through an opening (door, archway,..) like in a more traditional home
