Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

Because this sentence is a question, the verb and the subject pronoun can be inverted. So instead of saying “Quelqu’un s’est déjà endormi en étudiant”, which would mean “Someone has already fallen asleep while studying”, using that inversion simply turns it into a question, i.e. “Has someone already fallen asleep while studying?”
Notice that since the subject, quelqu’un, is not a subject pronoun, (which are je, tu, il, elle, on, etc.), we have to add in the ‘il’ to make the inversion
So that’s why both quelqu’un and il are both there
