Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

« falloir » is an impersonal, it doesn’t refer to a specific subject. « Il faut » can be translated as ‘They need’ but its most apt translation is, ‘It’s necessary’.
There exists a construction for this: « Il faut qqch à qqn » which literally is, It’s necessary (to have/do) something for someone’ or more figuratively, ‘Someone needs to do something’
