The present tense. You can use this structure to say that you've been doing something since a certain time:

(verbe au présent) + depuis + (durée)

“Have been studying” in the present perfect continuous in English. Like in English, we use a French present tense in this sort of situation. Since present perfect and continuous don’t exist in French, we just use the present.
