Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
Unfortunately language is quite complex so I'm not aware of any tools that could accurately help you with that. You could throw stuff into Bonpatron but your mileage may vary - the more mistakes, the harder they are to correct. Generally the best way to do this is speaking to native speakers or very proficient speakers who are willing to provide corrections as necessary (correcting every little thing is usually not worth the time until you're at a more advanced level, though)
