Please be patient

Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.

Pro tip: you can rename the thread title with `.tr <thread name>`

Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

"Ils vont me les demander" is grammatically correct, but it means "They're going to ask them to me" or "They're going to ask me them". Sounds a bit odd in English but perfectly natural in French.

For example, if the "les" refers to previously mentioned questions, then the sentence means "They're going to ask me those questions"

"Ils vont les demander de moi" doesn't make sense. I don't think "They're going to ask them from me" makes sense either, TBH

"They're going to ask them from me" is fine and "Ils vont me les demander" is probably the best translation for it

The "rule" for pronoms conjoints vs pronoms disjoints is funky and not really consistent, it's better to learn in context and just get used to it

Yeah it is hard to find articles talking on their difference.
