if the conversation is pretty familiar baiser means to fuck
"je l'ai baisé" "i fucked him"
"je lui ai donné un baiser" = "i gave him a kiss" but pretty polite term
"un baiser" is unequivocal and always means "a kiss"
the verb "baiser", however, has come to mean "to fuck" in modern French.
in older texts it can be used for its original meaning "to kiss", but that is not the standard meaning these days
