unless i'm forgetting something, there's no direct equivalent in French for "Love, [...]" as an ending to a letter

if it's someone you know well, you can say

Avec amour,
[...]

but that's literally "With love, [...]", so you can see there's a nuance

or, if you want to be childish, "Ton amoureux(se),"
