Pro tip: you can rename the thread title with `.tr <thread name>`

Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

Two things to note:
(1) « quand » can also act as an interrogative word while « lorsque » can't.
« Quand est-ce qu'il rentrera ? »
« Lorsqu'est-ce qu'il rentrera ? »
(2) « lorsque » is more formal than « quand ».

Other than those two, they're interchangeable.
