You should really post the context. I googled your quotation and found this:

Vendredi soir, des images ont circulé sur les réseaux sociaux montrant plusieurs corps gisant sur la plage. Sur d’autres, l’on voit des civils tentant de fuir.
Therefore, « sur d'autres » refers to « sur les réseaux sociaux ».
Friday evening, several images circulated on social media showing several bodies lying on the beach. On several others [media that isn't social media like TV], several civilians are seen attempting to flee.

Not exactly « sur d'autres » but just repetition in general

« L'échec de cette entreprise sera un désastre pour les employés et leurs gérants. Pour d'autres, comme Louis et son équipe, il sera une réussite. »

The repetition « pour d'autres » in the second sentence refers to « pour les employés et leurs gérants ». French tends to repeat prepositions, so try and look at preceding sentences and clauses.
