Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
The prefix sous- often means inferiority or being a subordinate. Saying that they don’t exist implies that « député » is as low as you can get; you’re either a député or you’re not, there’s no in-between
