The "que" is part of the "tellement <adjectif> que" construction.
Which translates to "so <adjective> that" in English.

Tu es tellement grand que tu caches le soleil ==> you're so tall that you're hiding the sun

Nothing prevents a "si" clause from appearing after it:

Tu es tellement grand que si j'essayais de te regarder dans les yeux, je me ferais mal au cou ==> you're so tall that if I tried to look you in the eyes, I'd hurt my neck
