Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
This would be asking if this person feeling an emotion. If it's asking general health or comportement, « aller » is a better fit. I think both work, it's just that I wouldn't use them interchangeably.
Someone just tripped and they're on the floor groaning in pain: Est-ce que vous allez bien ?
Someone got called into the boss' office and they just came out a bit flush: Est-ce que vous vous sentez bien ?
