i take it this is relating to listening skills like your prior post ?

for me, the way i improved my listening was through.. well.. listening

france inter has a bunch of podcast type shows which have transcripts

it's good to have a text to follow as a crutch when you're listening

and the more you listen, the more you will be able to discern words and then with even more practice you'll be able to understand even more
